Hi friends, welcome to Spice Malayalam<br />Today In this video we are going to prepare Semiya Payasam, vermicelli payasam.<br />Ingredients:- <br />1. Milk – 1 litre<br />2. Semiya/vermicelli – 200 grams<br />3. Condensed Milk – ½ cup<br />4. Sugar – ½ cup<br />5. Cashew Nut – 2 Tbsp<br />6. Almond - 2 Tbsp<br />7. Raisins- 2Tbsp<br />8. Ghee – 3 Tbsp<br />9. Cardamom – 10 Nos <br /><br />Preparation:-<br /><br />1. Add 3 Tbsp of Ghee in a pre-heated pan and fry Samiya/vermicelli, Cashew nut, Raisins, and Almond till it turns a light brown color.<br />2. Add 500 ml of milk to fried Vermicelli/semiya and stir continuously. ,<br />3. After vermicelli is cooked well, lower the flame and add ½ cup condensed milk,½ cup sugar, and the remaining 500 ml milk.<br />4. Add cardamom, fried Cashew nut, Almond, raisins and stir well.<br /><br />Our Semiya Payasam is ready…..<br />It can be served hot and cold…<br /><br />If you like this video please subscribe to our channel…… <br /><br /><br />
